Cons

More cross training would be helpful. For example, business development folks becoming familiar with client services function. I can't think of anything else.

Support from a large Global Company, although limited presence and support in the region Variety of work and client implementations are stimulating and provides the opportunity to impact the lives of others and change behaviours in a positive way Good Salary, and work life balance for consultant based employment

Cons

No Trust from management, and decision making inhibited by management No strategic approach, decisions made without a plan in place and the understanding of the impact no contingency of decisions Micro managed - limited ability to make any decisions without approval from management Employment opportunities are now limited to only those that are known by senior manager, and no internal or external recruitment process Senior manager has no understanding of safety consulting process and does not take feedback well

Coworkers are great. Benefits are okay. Great 401K.

Cons

There is no work/life balance in some of the departments. Not all employees are treated equal. Management usually makes expansion plans without a "real" plan in place. Work environment can get hostile at times.
