Six Sigma Efficiencies. Lots of career ops in various areas - company promotes from within. Offices in 2 states with transfer opportunities. Management develops & grows employees. Casual environment. Hard work, but challenging & exciting.

Cons

Workload can be heavy at times, but team pulls together to complete. Lean staffing makes it harder to take time off on short notice.

None that I can think of. We are getting ready to move to a great new location. Excited for the move to SLP

The work environment is great and the people get along very well. People really have a passion for what they are working on.

Cons

The location of the office is not the best. The fast growth of the company has eaten a lot of the office space and the facilities tend to be an issue.
