Amazing, all-in-together, culture. Exciting growth challenges. Delaget makes a REAL positive impact on the lives of our customers. Comfortable work/life balance. The whole company actively celebrates each other's wins and respects each other.

Cons

As with any fast growth company there are certain growth challenges and sometimes you wear many different hats. Some teams run very lean.

The culture at Delaget is one of support, collaboration and growth! The company is growing at an exciting pace, but leadership doesn’t only care about company growth, they are also invested in employee personal and professional growth in a way that I have not witnessed at other companies. Work-life balance is encouraged and the environment is trusting, flexible, and fun. I have learned more in my first year of working at Delaget than I have in any other job.

Cons

Honestly, nothing comes to mind here! There can be a pretty rigorous workload at times but this is balanced by the fact that management is very understanding and willing to be flexible to maintain a positive experience and quality work.
