Pros
To put it simply, sometimes you don't know what you have until it's gone. I know a few people who left searching for greener pastures and have since asked to come back. Management is flexible and personal. We all do our best to get along and it's a very low-tension, non-toxic work environment.
Cons
Sometimes the hands-off management style can be too hands-off and more direction would be beneficial. It can be a great help to have things set in stone and communicated so that everyone can be on the same page.
