The benefits were great when I was there, a lot of PTO, medical, dental, vision. Some flexibility with schedule.

Cons

Low pay, high turnover, select supervisor didn't have a clue.

Some of the best and most rewarding experiences I have had in my life have been working with the clients here at DESC.

Cons

RCs, on-calls, janitorial staff and other "lower level" employees are given NO respect. I voiced concern about a manager to HR and they forwarded the email to that manager, forcing me to transfer to avoid conflict. This is endemic to the management culture at DESC, and lately it feels like they view their clients as a way to make money, not people they can help.
