People care about their clients. Most people are supportive. Some associate positions are easy and low effort, some are around the clock crazy.

Cons

New hires may not have a good on boarding with staff. Management turns a blind eye to overtime (unpaid).

Thanks for your comments! We expect our employees to enter their time accurately. When overtime is worked, we follow all applicable laws in regards to payment for that time.
