Management and hr from the top on down cover up each other's short comings and lack of sense. Unfortunately the only ones to pay the price for their inability is the ones actually doing the work on the floor. Don't bother caring about your performance or the customer because they don't.

Absent vision. 6 Presidents in just over 10 yrs. Get in ,cut costs and boost your bonus and salary, seems to be the objective. Most recent president was a narcisisstic, self absorbed dictator. Nobody in the executive ranks seemed to have the guts to take on his absurd vision. He managed thru intimidation.
