Pros

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Great opportunity to learn, improve technical skills - esp T-SQL as I worked with Microsoft SQL Server to generate reports.

Cons

The projects are restrained to old, obsolete technology (Powerbuilder) which is not popular nowadays.
