Feeling connected to the larger purpose of our work. Involved in an important field, at an important time. Kind colleagues, good retention and mentorship. Great leadership.

Cons

My particular role daily tasks could get a bit dull, but that was to be expected and appreciated at the time of my life I was in.

Pros

I work for this company for more than 5 years and enjoy every day. The company has a rich culture, provides great benefits, values employees and provides opportunity to grow. The company motto "helping people help people on a global scale" tells a lot. The job company is doing makes a big difference in global health. The office located in a beautiful Leschi neighborhood with view at the Lake Washington. Great coworkers! I feel fortunate to work with great leadership team and amazing employees. I am very happy to work here.

For me - just a long commute, but it worth to do.
