      Flexible hours (depending on the individual) mostly individual work, collaboration needed while planning

      Cons

      The company has grown a lot in the past 1-1.5 years. This becomes obvious at times - it's a double edged sword. Since there is minimal to no training involved for new-hires, one feels a bit lost and extremely dependent on coworkers, who might be busy, in the beginning. It looks like they are working on it as best they can.
