I have worked as a consultant via DGN for a previous/known client throughout my tenure. My overall experience with this company has been nothing but positive. - Very supportive HR team - the team has always been available, patient and clarifies any questions you have. Upfront about everything you need to know or asked for - Legal team - They clarified all the processes, whole heartedly supported when I had 221g during stamping and did everything they could to get through it successfully - The accounting team kept good track and all payments were made on time irrespective of the # of layers. - Health benefits are good and suited my needs
Cons
- Could be a bit of a challenge in finding new opportunities if you are not working in niche skills or unavailable to relocate(if not in tech places like NY or CA)
