Pros

DGN Technologies Inc Owner Ranvir Singh was a Consultant before forming this Company. So he understands the pain of consultant. He keeps a very transparent and personal relationship with his all employees. He is a good counselor and coach and provide good advice for any critical Job situation. I enjoyed the open culture environment. His staffs are very nice and take immediate action for any issues.

Cons

Best for consulting and did not find any career growth opportunity. Mostly focus on staff augmentation

Pros

Its a great place with many learning and challenging opportunities. The best thing about the company is transparency, there are no unknowns and things are clear. They move at a fast pace so there no bureaucracies to deal with. Benefits are good as well. Its a nice company with good clients so opportunities are always available. They motivate employees to get exposed to newer technologies which helps both the company and the individual.

Benefits could be better but that's true for all companies
