Pros

Much co-operative and helpful staff. Prompt in responses. Much flexible. No issues with VISA, extensions, timely GC processing.

Cons

Need direct paycheck deposit. This is the only thing I can think of.

You get what you are Promised -unlike many other such companies. Go for this company if you have any Green card or h1 issues

Cons

not many - may be they have better insurance plan. But again not very many companies offer one in first place.
