Not the only employee who can't get past six months in this rotten and horrible company!

Cons

Bullying and unfair treatment is the work culture. Management shows blatant favoritism while others were bullied! Employees who aren't in management's good graces were overworked, underpaid, and perpetually stressed and exhausted! We do all the work while others enjoy their time chatting in the break room! And while we work long hours most of the time, we also work holidays while others enjoy their paid vacation! We don't even get paid for overtime work unless approved by them! They're not only unfair but have done things that might actually be illegal!

Avoid DHE at all costs because it's one of the most toxic and awful companies I've worked for. Our leaders here are evil. They're dishonest bullies and cannot be trusted. They regularly lie to employees, and their main strategy involves manipulating employees into agreeing with their out-of-touch and ineffective decision-making.

Pros

It's easy to get a position here, but that's mainly due to the high turnover and management being desperate to fill in the gaps ASAP.

Cons

Terrible pay, unhealthy work-life balance, abusive management, etc. All the negative reviews about the company are true. If you're thinking about working for DHE, please reconsider.
