The pay is on the lower end and the benefits are so so. There were payroll issues my last year due to high turn over in HR.

It’s ok but it used to be way better

Cons

Used to love my job and the company but ever since the founder died back in 2024 things have been getting progressively worse and the company has definitely gotten stingier. They’ve taken a lot of benefits away and have cheated employees out of getting certain bonuses. More work for less money. I’m doing the job of an LO now with none of the benefits.
