      DHL Express is a great place to work. The potential to grow is great. An organization that takes pride in the development of its employees.

      Cons

      Planed Vacations during pick seasons are usually not possible, but again this depends on your relationship with your team and mangers.

      Pros

      Great benefits and I enjoy the atmosphere and culture. You also have the potential to make good money.

      Cons

      it is difficult to find opportunity to advance in a separate department than you are currently working in. Unless you are interested in staying in your current department, management will support you. If you are interested in other divisions/departments management makes it difficult for you to find out other information and you don't get a lot of guidance either.
