Pros

Minimum wage is decent, work load is very heavy though

You start out as a casual worker with NO BENEFITS OR RAISES. A lot of people have been waiting years to become part time.

Pros

The pay, benefits and vacation time are good if you're full-time. Full-time gets tuition reimbursement, but even part-time is eligible to receive it.

Cons

It's what you'd expect of a warehouse job. In the summer it can be pretty hot and in the winter you're freezing. One of my biggest issues is how the company handled injuries, likely due to liability issues. Even when people were doing everything correctly and ended up injured, they were told they were in the wrong.
