Benefits are decent (If your supervisor manages to give you the proper information, before a day after it's too late to apply for them)
Cons
Terrible management who will go out of their way to insult and assault you. Low pay, overworked Almost no chance of advancing without sucking up to your superiors. Finds ways to make every flaw in their safety and operation the employees fault (Even when an employee had an allergic reaction from picking up a box, they blamed the employee, another employee lost a finger because of a supervisor pushing them, they attempted to fire the employee who lost the finger and had no discipline for the supervisor.)
