      Pros

      Can-do attitude team members, passionate HR employees who love their jobs, and tuition reimbursement program. It's motivating to work here

      Cons

      Less holidays observed compared to other US companies (we do have floating holidays). I wish we had perks like free lunch or reduced/discounted lunches and breakfasts as the cafe food is pricey

      Pros

      Insurance benefits are available, and 401k is provided. They are always hiring. Overtime is available during peak season (Nov.-Jan.), and during off season if you would like to work 6 days/week.

      Cons

      According to upper management, 99% of the management team (leads & supervisors) are promoted from the "ranks," so all training is "on the job" and you have to put in your time- regardless of your skill set. In the building as a package handler, the work is comparable to factory work. On the ramp, people are constantly concerned with being fired or demoted for making a mistake, and it is rather dangerous.
