      Large Global company with job opportunities around the world. Main office in Europe continues to develop leading technlogy and is a leader in green programs. Leading logistics company in the World.

      Cons

      United States operations have experienced financial challenges in the past 4 to 5 years. DHL has downsized it;s United States operations to focus on their core business of international shipping. The downsizing in the United States will limit job opportunities and career advancement for several years.

      Pros

      I enjoy working at DHL it has allowed my to travel and meet new people. DHL is not shy about sending employees to different parts of the world for meetings and training.

      Cons

      Long hours during peak season October through early January. With the economic slowdown it seems that there is less and less growth opportunities.

      Pros

      Good starting pay. Tuition Reimbursement. Fast-paced environment, but you don't have to take your work home with you. Boot vouchers provided for safety boots. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Long hours during holiday seasons. Promotions based on brown-nosing and not ability. Job stability--they keep moving the entire operation! Outdoor working conditions.
