      Pros

      Good schedule options. Example 3 x 12. Really easy job and guaranteed hours. They never send you home even if it's really slow.

      Cons

      It's always a risk when you work for third party logistic companies (3PL). If they lose the contract your out of a job. This is currently happening at this location.
