      Pros

      Tons of PTO. If you’re are a lazy employee, it’s hard to get fired so that’s a plus I guess.

      Cons

      Ops leadership is so unserious. Lack of urgency and competence.

      Good job if you don't spending time at home

      Good money, always overtime If new they will make you work different routes and never let you get a hang of the routes which puts pressure on you and in turn you get discipline if routes are not completed

      Cons

      No sense of familiarity until you worked there for years or complain daily until they give you an easier route or rarely your own route
