      - Global working environment (no chance for traveling for me tho) - Exciting new stuff - Hybrid mode

      - Some PMs really dont know how to PM-ing. - Promotion structure is not clear.

      Pros

      I have been working for DHL IT Services for a few years now and I am doing well, it is a stable job, serious company, healthy work environment and most importantly, it allows enough flexibility in the home office, I go to the office about 7 or 8 times a month.

      Cons

      of course HR. they are one of the worst I have ever seen, I have many bad stories with them.
