Your feedback is greatly appreciated! We understand that there are areas and specific locations in which we have a greater chance to improve our people experience and we are interested in keep receiving the feedback from our colleagues to take the right approach towards improving.
When managers communicate thoughtfully with team members rather than overseeing them from a distance, team members feel appreciated and valued. That feeling typically results in higher job satisfaction and increased loyalty. We are working on a regular basis to make our leaders aware of this and give them the resources needed for them to take good care of their teams.
Finally, the ability to adapt and be resilient facing the never-ending changes impacting our business is reflected in the change of policies and processes. This, instead of being a flaw, should be considered a strength. We understand that changes are sometime difficult to process, but we are eager to give our employees all the support they need to navigate them and take advantage of a positive mindset towards change.
