slow growth, benefit not much, workload are getting extra heavy

Throughout my employment, I consistently experienced a double standard around hybrid work, dress code, time off, and workload. I was not afforded the same opportunities or flexibility as my peers. When I raised concerns, I was met with retaliation from both my immediate manager and her manager, who were friends outside of work. I was intentionally excluded from communications, left out of necessary updates and meetings and became the target of retaliatory actions. This toxic behavior was allowed to continue completely unchecked.
