      Was great, then rapidly went downhill!

      Pros

      They certainly look out for talent. As soon as the management learnt of my skill-set and previous experience I was offered a promotion to a better position and taken off of my agency contract.

      Cons

      Unfortunately after the promotion they paid me little over £7 an hour "Warehouse College" wages to cover a position that was previously done by a high salaried department manager. Was being paid under half of anyone else in my department. Over a year later, still no change despite multiple promises of fair wages... Was constantly asked to come in on weekends "off the clock" and sign in as a guest so that "it didn't impact man-hours worked on a project" but in retrospect it was so they didn't have to pay me... as soon as I complained because I was working 16 - 24 hours a week unpaid, they threatened disciplinary action for refusing a "reasonable request". Worked for them 3 years, only took 12 holiday days and no time off sick, and that's how I'm thanked? Quickly left them and now much happier with an employer that actually pays me what I earn.

      1) Numerous opportunities to learn on the job within functional domain 2) Due to scope and size, good career growth opportunities within the division and the different DHL units 3) With the changes driven, good opportunities always appearing

      Cons

      1) Cross divisional learning opportunities with other DHL divisions not as much due to the very different working environments
