Pros
Good starting salary and benefits. Excited about the promise of 40 hour 4 day work weeks. Enjoyed interaction and building relationships with hourly associates. Operating warehouse equipment. A lot of young co workers. Shifts go by quickly due to workload and running around
Cons
Loss pride in my position due to other supervisor hires. Many of the other supervisors didn't even go to college and seemed very under qualified, made me feel like anyone could obtain my position. Hours per week were way more than expected. 10 hour shifts for associates but closer to 13 for supervisors. Did only work mostly 4 day weeks with occasional 5th days. Treatment of hourly associates very poor. Consistently needed to send employees home during shift resulting in loss of pay. Combined with frequesnt mandatory overtime scheduling. Consistent payroll issues as well.
