Transfers are only available to those who have close relationships with management.
Discriminatory actions towards employees of various cultural backgrounds, races, and ages.
Derogatory language that can be grounds for sexual harrassment legal cases to be filed.
Racial jokes often told and discussed in the open. Management will often partake in this as well.
Consistent degrading conversations about other employees that are often not only about work ethic but sexual orientation.
Falsifying information in documents. Make sure that you have everything written down that you do from the time you enter the building until the time you leave.
