Pros
Weekly pay, nice benefits. Company provides refreshments throughout year for different holidays and events.
Cons
The demands of meeting production and high turnover rate. Many older adults who should be mature, are very insensitive and negative attitudes. Trainers don't properly train new hires and supervisors are aware of all the issues, but never try to resolve them. Lastly, point system is ridiculous, especially when you are vacation days and GP days. You are pointed for calling out in advance.
