      Pros

      Consistent work and plenty of overtime if you need extra money.

      Cons

      Low pay for the area. You have to work at least one day on the weekend. You will work six days a week and a lot of ten hour days six months out of the year. There are quite a few employees that receive special treatment because management does want to deal with their issues. Management does not want to deal with problems because the facility can not afford to lose any employees.

      Pros

      Its a good job. Hours are ok. Plant mgrs. are great.

      Cons

      Supervisors suck. (INVENTORY CONTROL) They talk down to you and are very condescending. They lie to your face. They will have shift team meetings without all the team members present....- its by invite only - evidently. They don't share job knowledge due to the fact they are afraid of being replaced. They don't give you access to the tools you need to perform inventory searches. They are afraid of sharing carnal knowledge- period. The leads don't ever leave their desk... So that they have no idea about things happening in the warehouse other than what they stare at on their computer screens. Certain inventory employees are given preferred days off or are not required to work o.t. IMO The supervisory staff for I.C. treat this department as a proprietary operation and as their own CLUB MED. **pay could be better.
