Pros
The pay and benefits are good and the hiring process is good for students coming out of college. All they require is that you are a good leader to lead the associates and that you work hard enough to meet deadlines. Everything else about supply chain they can teach you; I took one supply chain class in college and don't remember anything from it, but after my interviews got a job offer a week later. Just be good with people.
Cons
The hours are LONG and depending on what kind of account you work for, you can sometimes completely forget your weekends. A lot of the upper management in the company started from the bottom and worked their way up so sometimes as a college recruit you feel as though you have to build your own ladder in the company with little help unless you actively seek it.
