      Pros

      Management willing to work with schedules, good job for part time employees, decent benefits package.

      Cons

      Constantly moving and setting up fixtures, never enough coverage, management is not willing to step in and help. Too much expected from department leads for little pay. Overall low morale at the store level. Sexual harassment and poor treatment from managers not taken seriously. District manager is a tyrant.

      Ok pay, opportunity for advancement, the staff before upper management has a comradery.

      Cons

      Management trips over district, store, and internal memos. The Store and District managers do not enjoy criticism and if you do will be targeted. No respect for availability and recognized disdain for anyone with aspirations outside the company from management. If management violate policy it's ok, but if you do god help you.

      Company that has continued to grow through the challenging sporting goods retail brick and mortar market. If you enjoy being competitive this is the place to be.

      Cons

      Constant change in the retail environment has created the negatives as the company has fought hard to stay profitable. This can cause, at times things to get a little stressful and even overwhelming. Build a solid team and you will make it through anything they can throw at you. Work life balance depends on your skill as a manager and your boss.
