      Good atmosphere Other employees are usually pretty cool and all in the same boat of competence and like-mindedness

      Cons

      Sometimes can be stretched a bit thin by covering other departments you have no experience in.

      Laid back people, most work as a team. Good benefits and a decent discount, with access to expertcity.com.

      Will keep you right at part time hours to keep you from being eligible for health insurance.

      Pros

      Flexible hours, good pay. The people were cool and we made joked a lot about the work environment. Store manager was funny and laid back. But could talk too much on the radio. Good to work if you have nothing else.

      Cons

      Apparel department work too hard have to run 15 rails of clothes a week. Get fitting rooms, help cashiers and help customers. Management expects you to be responsible for all 3 floor of apparel in the building. Ridiculous. Too much product. People stole out of the store a lot, including associates who were eventually fired. Extremely HIGH turnover rate. People are constantly being fired and hired every other week. No one wants to work there. They don't train you properly, so you are left to babysit the new people. Customers are ok sometimes you get some really rude ones in Buckhead. When management changed it got worse! Horrible incompetent assistant managers. One was hired from the basement and didn't know anything! Instead flirted with all the girl associates that gave him a smile.
