Not enough freedom

Pros

They give you some freedom to do your own thing, but creativity is really taken away most of the time.

Cons

There isnt enough freedom given to the employees for them to really sell. They have such a strict environment.

Pros

25% discount, flexible hours, very comfortable dress code, fun environment.

Cons

Very small chance of advancement. Worked there 3 years, never missed a shift, and was never moved up past a cashier. Staff is often short-handed which makes it miserable on employees on busy days. No appreciation for employees. Poorly managed and people not treated equally. Pigeon-hold women to front end/apparel positions. pressure to sign up scorecard members.
