      Pros

      Always something new, and love being round sports atmosphere. Enjoy helping customers and it can drive a competitive edge in you. Descent atmosphere. Competitive driven workforce, plenty of chances for advancement.....

      Cons

      How employees are treated by some staff. They company does not care who make more and in what position. If you have been in the company for a good amount of time, good luck getting promotions, you have a better chance moving up faster if you come in from another store. Some positions are paid more than others, even though the person with higher pay may not actually have a higher title in the store......some places a lodge lead make more than a key & coded Freight Flow Lead(basically a manager) and does all the work of 4-5 associates in the store and makes less(lol) and this is supposed to be the next position b4 management. They corp or districts very rarely ask employees whats going on in their very own company...it would be interesting if they did an Undercover Boss lol, to see what some employees are like as well as some managers.
