Pros

Discount on their products and some fun people.

Cons

Management, requesting time off, and everything else in between. If they hire you as a CES quit right away. You do nothing but greet for 8 hours a day and hand out flyers that people are just going to throw on the sales floor anyway. A robot could do that job.

Pros

Decent benefits, somewhat flexible schedules.

Cons

inconsistent hours. full time employees range from 30-40 hours per week. managers don't hesitate to cut hours and increase workloads in order to make numbers look better. poor management and employee treatment in a lot of stores.

Pros

Employee discounts, flexible schedule, & fast-paced environment.

Cons

Store management can be very disconnected to the staff they rely on to produce great service & merchandise. Some conflicting procedures when it comes to handling challenging customer service situations. Too many staff are allowed to display poor behavior in front of customers without repercussions.
