Ok at best.

Pros

As many hours as you want. Job wasn't too hard.

Cons

They work you a lot, and the job was just altogether boring. If you didn't have to worry about scorecards it would've been bearable.

Bait and Switch

Business Outlook

Pros

Pay was above industry average

Cons

Classic bait and switch recruitment process; training evokes utopian environment and progressive change...very arrogant and also fearful, selfish survival culture, both in stores and corporate office...CEO and upper management rule with a 'do it or else' mentailty and practice...company attempting to become large big box chain, but refuses to implement long-term technology and training to reach goal...all employees are treated as dispensible, and turnover at all store levels is much higher than industry average...Anyone with a long-tern retail career in mind should take a pass
