      Pros

      - The hours are very nice. It seems like it is the only position in the store that receives a full 40 hours a week besides for salaried roles. - It is the hardest role at the company, but if you excel in the freight flow role, you can easily climb up the ladder.

      Cons

      Depends on what time your store receives a truck. For example, I have to go in at 3:45am to receive the truck but the store after me receives it at 6am.

      Good benefits package and overtime (if approved)

      Cons

      Upper management constantly hovering over you and very metric based (credit card applications, warranty sales, etc..) Always constantly understaffed with no attempt to hire more people. The higher the get the more you should plan to take over responsibilities that are not yours and you will not be compensated for it.

      Steady schedule, good benefits and structured training regimen for advancement.

      Cons

      Difficult to work way up depending on department and availability of positions. Usually a waiting game but worth it if retail is in your blood.
