Pros

The workplace offers the opportunity to advance to management positions rather easily. However it is largely gained through politics rather than actual work ethic.

Cons

A culture that fostered more gossip than any other job I ever had. The work itself was not that difficult when staffed appropriately, but all too often the payroll was low and you would be overun with customers.
