      Pros

      Good employee discounts and a lot of fun to work with items you like, if you like outdoors and sports.

      Cons

      It's a retailer, and like retailers, schedules may mean sacrifice to your social life. as a part time, I've never been assigned as many weekly hours as proposed on the job interview.

      Pros

      It is an easy job, good for while you're finishing school. You also get a pretty decent employee discount and an additional discount 1 day before Christmas.

      Cons

      Customers are rude. You have to stand the whole time. Managers give long shifts with little or no breaks. There are NEVER enough employees working at one time

      It was a great part time job for a college student but opportunity there is very limited growth.

      Pros

      Some of the perks were some great store discounts as well as receiving the ability to purchase certain products directly from manufacturers at a very reduced price.

      Cons

      After working there for two years, many new associates that were not very knowledgeable about products made more money than I did.
