Pros

Great work life balance. The job is really easy with minimal stress. On-site gym so you can get in shape while not being challenged.

Cons

Management at the Director level and above has no experience in technology, thus leading to poor decisions that trickle down to the lower levels. The people at the lower levels have to suffer from those poor decisions and are forced to implement ideas that make no sense.

Pros

The company is driven to connect with consumers through all channels, and the product is king. I worked in golf, and the dedication to getting the best experiences for consumers was unsurpassed. The finances are sound, and will be as long as Ed Stack is in charge.

Cons

Like many in retail, there is a challenge in balancing long and short term needs. The long view is often sacrificed when yesterday's numbers were lower than the forecast.
