Pros

-steady business all year round -work culture is alright, again if you're into sports.

Cons

Not proactive in terms of seasonal changes. plannograms for floor sets are released weeks AFTER they have sent the product. On top of being sent late the dates in which the floor sets are to be executed are the same week in which they are released which gives little time for preparation if any of the new product for the set comes in.

Pros

If you are not working in apparel, you can get away with not doing your work and having no repurcussions

Cons

Have no respect for your time and availability, constantly changes your schedule in under 24 hour notice, don't tell you, and punish you if you do not check and figure it out yourself. The pay gap is over $5 difference for the same position, all favoritism.
