Pros

Made some amazing friends working here. Flexible hours if management is willing to work with you.

Cons

The company couldn't care less about anyone other than upper management. Low pay, increased responsibility with no compensation. Most managers sit in the office during peak hours. The one good manager I had was snubbed a promotion for someone incompetent because they had seniority.

Cons

This job was bad. Management was chaotic. Several managers were fired while I was working there for less than 5 months.

Pros

Coworkers were competent and motivated, most employees were friendly and made the store a welcoming environment. Salary and benefits were decent. Honestly loved most things about coming to work and speaking with customers.

Cons

Manager during the majority of my employment stayed in the office all day and ignored many customer related issues. District management always disagreed about things in the store but never gave realistic solutions or listened to feedback.
