Pros

Most of the teams and middle managers are very good to work for. There is a lot of opportunity to learn if you are ambitious. The engineering projects can be fun and interesting. Work life balance is VERY Good.

Cons

No WFH. Down right TERRIBLE health insurance. 5 year vesting on 401K. Very strict badge policy where time is watched religiously. It felt like high school. They changed the rules of ESPP that made it way less good for the employee. There is a ton of uncertainty in the air with the Dish and Echostar merger.
