Pros
Solid pay structure. You can make money here. Training is excellent. Tons of resources to assist agents. Nice building not shared with any other company. This is a company that seems very efficient. Everything I have encountered so far has been impressive.
Cons
None that I can think of at the moment with exception of medical benefits. Not a big fan of a high deductible but the money you can make here can offset that. Pretty happy with my decision to come here

Pros
They use to pay out a high commission, but NOW not anymore, so there are no more PRO'S. The only good thing about the company WERE the commissions. Everything else is BAD! BAD! BAD! I was one of there highest earners over the last 2 years, so you are hearing this from a top producer 6 figure earner.
Cons
Everything!! The attendance policy is horror able. You need to earn your time before you can use it. This is because of there 150% turn over rate. They lost money due to people quitting the company who had taken time off and ruined it for us senior reps. By the way, if you have been there for more than 1 year you are a senior rep. Also, you must work 50 hours to get an additional 25 % of your overtime. Guess what, we cant schedule overtime because there is none due to call volume. The working conditions are unprofessional and there employees look like convicted felons. Just look back at the other 2000 reviews previously posted as Dish has been the worst company to work for in America SEVERAL YEARS IN A ROW.
