Good company, the people not so much

Pros

You have a lot of benefits. 401k, company stocks, good insurance, FMLA, vacation hours, and the day goes by fast, plus you only work 4 days out of the week.

Cons

Most of the supervisors have favorites, the training department takes forever to schedule you for the trainings requested and you need a lot of certifications in order to move up to the next associate level plus there needs to be an open position and no one leaves the upper positions.
