Pros
Lots of opportunity to work on a wide variety of networking equipment.
Cons
Not flexible with work schedule for a single parent. Received a lot of criticism regarding gettting my kids to and from school even though I was willing to work OT on days when I did not have my kids, including weekends. Old work policies.
