Lots of opportunity to learn if you are coming straight out of college. People are friendly and pay is not terrible. Wireless side is growing fast.

Cons

Strict badge in and out policy and no hybrid flexibility. DISH has been steadily losing subscribers so there have been layoffs and nobody to replace people leaving. Lots of turnover in upper management.
