Pros

It could have been better if only there was good leadership within the managers and supervisors. Management ruined it for me with showing of favoritism.

Cons

There is no support from anyone. Human Resources is there to protect their friends and vice versa. They tell employees things will get better and that employees are number one but that continues to be a lie. It is a joke with the ideas because management nor human resources follow up with employees that provided ideas. They just continue to steal ideas and make them their own like they always have. I'm happy that I finished with my school because now I have more options and then I'm outta here for good.

Pros

start of pay is good for those who are new employees and promotions are highly possible if you are young and pretty and provide sexual favors to management and human resources.

Cons

Evaluations are bogus, I've been working for more than 3 years and have worked hard to meet production goals and every year it's the same "I'm not meeting expectations" but if I was younger and willing to provide sexual favors then I would more than "Exceed Expectations"

Pros

The only good things that Dish provides is a paycheck every two weeks and benefits, and the benefits are lackluster. So is the pay for what you deal with.

Cons

Management is terrible from the top down, from supervisors to maintenance to human resources. Training is inadequate for the job. You are not respected, listened to, or valued there for the work you do. If you're having an off day, you'll know about it ALL DAY, and your good days are never good enough, even when they are. The environment is the most negative, soul crushing institution I've ever been a part of. Also, state and federal laws apparently do not apply to Dish. Don't expect to reap any COBRA benefits, Unemployment, Worker's Compensation, or anything if you quit, something happens to you, etc.
