Pros

Work independently without manager in same location (but they tend to micromanage). Ability to learn many facets of jobs in a short time. Advancement opportunities if work hard and are qualified.

Cons

Micromanagement, employees are not valued and make to feel appreciated. Lots of hours required to do job effectively.

Pros

Lets see free sat wait no it screws up in the rain, free van and fuel oh and free cell phone for buisness you but its like a really short leash

Cons

Company has no leadership. They expect for you to work hours on end and then when you think your done nope phone calls to take more jobs. Definatley not worth if for 12.50 an hour. Don't do it you will regret it the whole time while you are trying to find another job

Pros

Working at DISH Network teaches you a lot in a short amount of time. You are able to work on a variety of different projects and gain exposure to many facets of the business. It is a large company, which allows you to see how various pieces of the puzzle work together to move projects forward.

Cons

The corporation policies of DISH Network are very oppressive. There is little room for upward mobility unless someone above you vacates their position. The salary is not equal to the work put into the job. A lot is expected, yet often, efforts go unnoticed and unrewarded. The company is very bureaucratic, and although tasks are often delegated to lower levels, decision-making authority is not. More often than not, there is a "hurry up and wait" mentality.
